Terms of Use

These Terms describe the terms applicable to the services and content offered through the website www.insorvet.com and govern the legal relationships between Insorvet SL and the customer.
Access to the website is free and unrestricted; using the website implies acceptance without reservation of all the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using this page.
The user's visit to the website must be made responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, in good faith, with these Terms, and respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Insorvet SL or any other natural or legal persons.
The use of any content from the website for purposes that are or may be illegal is strictly prohibited, as is any action that causes or may cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by Insorvet SL or to its content.
The website and the products and services offered by Insorvet SL are aimed at adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Use. The use of certain services or the contracting of some goods or services may be subject to additional special conditions that will require express consent and will prevail in all cases over these general conditions.

User Registration
The use of the services provided by Insorvet SL and the purchase on the website requires registration as a user on the website. In order to complete the registration, a series of personal data must be provided, which must be truthful and accurate.
You can consult our privacy policy at the following link: www.insorvet.com.Furthermore, you should be aware that you can modify your personal data at any time, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition in accordance with LO 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR). 

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming its receipt as well as information about the shipping and billing of the order placed.

Payment method
The purchase of services or products through www.insorvet.com allows the following payment methods:
· Payment by debit or credit card through a virtual POS using a secure environment.
· Paypal.
· Bizum
· Agreed payment.
       
Prices
The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices stated in the product description are expressed in Euro (€) and do NOT include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping conditions and delivery times
www.insorvet.com ships its products to Spain, Europe, and other international destinations. The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer; these costs will be detailed throughout the purchasing process. Delivery times are indicative, although there is a commitment to their fulfilment. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours following the purchase on working days, provided that stock of the requested goods is available.
If stock of any requested product is not available, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives or provide an approximate date for availability and delivery.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday and will leave the warehouse on the same day they are received, provided that payment has been confirmed.
www.insorvet.com will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not attributable to it, as well as for fortuitous events or force majeure. Delivery will be carried out by the transport company Nacex.

Consumer goods warranty
As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU"). Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel the contract entered into without the need to justify your decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the purchased goods.
You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed with the return of the product, refunding the price paid by contacting the email address [email protected], and upon our prior authorisation, the return will be processed once it is confirmed that the products have not been opened and the original packaging is retained. In this case, the cost of shipping from the address chosen by the customer to our warehouse will be borne by the buyer, and this amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the product has arrived broken or defective, you must contact us at the email [email protected] attaching photographs, the order number, and the reason for the return. Our team will inform you how to proceed with the collection of the product, return, and refund. In this case, Insorvet SL will cover the shipping costs incurred.

Claims

You can send your complaints and claims by emailing [email protected], and they will be addressed as soon as possible, and in any case, within the legally established timeframe.

If you have problems with products or services purchased on this website, you can submit a complaint through the European Union's dispute resolution platform here. Insorvet SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the complaint submitted through the platform.
 
Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect that provision, with the remaining General Conditions continuing to apply in all other respects, and such provision shall be deemed not to be included.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The present conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. Insorvet SL and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services covered by these General Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
