What personal data do we collect?

The personal data that the user may provide:

At Insorvet SL, we process the information provided to us by interested parties for the following purposes:

· Right not to be subject to individualised decisions: you can request that decisions are not made based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or significantly affects the data subject.

 

In some cases, the request may be rejected if you ask for the deletion of data necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations. Likewise, if you have any complaints about the processing of data, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority.

 

Who is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided data?

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, exempting Insorvet SL from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and commit to keeping it duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. Insorvet SL reserves the right to terminate the contracted services that may have been established with the users, in the event that the data provided is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or not up to date.

 

Insorvet SL does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information that is not of its own creation and for which another source is indicated, nor does it assume any responsibility for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.


Insorvet SL reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on its websites, and may even limit or deny access to such information. In principle, our services are not specifically aimed at minors. However, in the event that any of them are directed at children under the age of fourteen, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of LO3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), Insorvet SL will require valid, free, unequivocal, specific, and informed consent from their legal guardians to process the personal data of minors. In this case, the ID card or another form of identification of the person providing consent will be required.

In the case of individuals over the age of fourteen, data processing may proceed with the user's consent, except in those cases where the Law requires the presence of the holders of parental authority or guardianship.
