Based on Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), in force since 12 October 2002, and the provisions of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, Insorvet SL (with NIF B-64447212) has proceeded to create an automated file of personal data, in which the necessary data for the operations of Insorvet SL is collected.

The parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granollers to resolve any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.
